Shepherd's Search ("the App") is a federal contracting opportunity finder designed to help small businesses discover and evaluate opportunities on SAM.gov. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

The App allows you to optionally enter a company profile, which may include:

• Business set-aside eligibility codes (e.g., 8(a), HubZone, Women-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned)
• NAICS industry classification codes
• Target federal agencies or customers
• Your SAM.gov API key

This information is stored only on your device using Apple's secure on-device storage (Keychain/SecureStore and AsyncStorage). It is never transmitted to our servers or any third party except as described below.

Information Generated by App Use

The App stores the following locally on your device only:

• Saved contract opportunities and entities
• Cached search results
• Search filters and preferences

We do not collect this information and cannot access it.
